Yes, the best way you guys can work on improving is having the same paperwork that you will have at your private offices and private facility. So you don't have to wait two or three days to put a prescription, milk transfer, different allergies, all that, just so you can have it on hand just to keep a small file there as well. That'd be all.

That's before she was very professional, very understanding, took her time and explained things so well to us. We were very, very happy with the visit.

I waited for over an hour in the waiting room to be seen and then a long time for the provider to come in and it just I was happy with the provider but it just was the wait time was so long. I was there for two and a half hours and the provider saw me for like 10 minutes. So that was too long and I don't think I would come back again because of that. I was fine, happy with the provider but I wouldn't come back for a 10 minute appointment to be there for two and a half hours.

Pl Dr. Quraishi is a phenomenal physician. We are very grateful to be in her care. She helped our son so much. His health has improved so much. Thank you!

The wait for the appointment was excessively long. The scheduling both the initial and the follow up appointment. There's very limited availability, which is very challenging.

The doctor is a bit rude with a lack of empathy when explaining the seal.

I was incredibly happy with the visit. Unfortunately, I was running late and I couldn't find the phone number while I was driving and they called me to check up on me, which I was so thankful for. And she actually stayed on the phone with me for about five minutes until I actually got there. The woman in the office and she talked me through every turn until I got into the parking lot where she suggested I probably would have lost her because of the garage. And everything was great. She said that we might have to wait a little bit because we were late, but they saw us right away. There was no wait. The doctor was so nice. We got great news, which really had nothing to do with the doctor, but it was a great visit. We were in, we were out and everything was great. So yeah, that's it.

The doctor was not very professional. She at any point looked at my face straight. She was like kind of impolite and she didn't respect my son because she said that he was going to contagious her with the virus that he had. And also the nurse too, she took my son's shoes because she said that my son was going to hurt her. I wouldn't recommend her and I'm not going to take my son again from her. How she treat my son, that's a possible soon.

Good afternoon, I have no complaints. The doctor was very good, she explained everything well and spoke in English. I speak Spanish, but she provided an interpreter, and everything went very well. I had a very good appointment with her.
