The doctor was very good. But the staff didn't seem to know what was going on

His doctor didn't seem that he really knew what he was doing. He didn't seem that confident, and he just kept on shaking my leg, the left leg, then the right leg. And anything that I would ask him, it seemed like he's like, I don't know. I don't know. So I was like, so then I need to check this on Google or something like that. So I just didn't feel comfortable. I asked him how long he's been in that specialty. He's been a doctor. He told me, I think, nine years. So, yes, I'm not going to go back to him. I was checking other doctors that have different cars to see how long they've been there for and see if I can get me a better specialist that can help me understand what is really happening with my veins. Okay.

I trust completely believe in all providers. And office staff are the best.

I like how Dr. Patel listens to my concerns and helps me solve it. He also, I feel very bad that the lymphedema specialist is leaving, but I had questions and he said he was gonna try to see if she could call me back, which she did and answered many of them. well satisfied with my visit with Dr. Patel and his staff also were very accommodating. Thank you.

Relayed all the information to me in easy to understand language and made me feel comfortable. Discussed several reasons to come back for a scan or move forward with surgery if/when needed which eased my mind. Listened to my questions and answered them in the same fashion.
