I would prefer that the provider review my chart before coming into the room so they have an idea of who I am and what I'm there for. I'm not a new patient, even though I had not been there in a while. And also spend more time talking with me. There was obviously a birthday party or some kind of celebration that was going to be going on after my visit, and I heard the people always saying, you know, basically, hurry up so we can get to the celebration. So I did feel like it wasn't as the time was as well spent as it should have been.

The doctor listen my concerns about my health.He always gave me options to improve my health.

He always has a smile and greets by your first name. He always wants to hear about my actives and how my day is going. He always asks me if I drink plenty of water. He is very concerned about that.

I waited 30 minutes in the examining room after all my vitals were taken by the assistant.

Generally, I was thoroughly satisfied with the treatment I received from the greeting to setting up my health insurance to meeting Dr. Molk and leaving the organization. Very professional, very thorough, and I'm very satisfied.

The nurses and the office staff were very cheerful and friendly. They were dressed in green t-shirts for St. Patrick's Day making it appear they enjoyed their jobs and the doctor wore a green sweater.

Dr. Molk deserves a bigger sign on the door. The huge blue arrow pointing to the "Main Entrance" leads patients to the wrong door. (The patients waiting in that room said I was the third person to go there instead of where we wanted to be.)
