Very happy with doctor and office staff

I do not like the new process of trying to get an appointment. I prefer to speak with the office staff directly,Not going thru a second person,having to tell them my problem or get an appointment thru them.

I will keep my provider and continue seeing her. I even recommended her to my husband. She is now both seeing us.

Hi, receptionist was really nice, understandable. Doctor was excellent. She's one of the best, whatever I see, the doctors in this country for 50 years. She's very friendly. She spends her time with you. She asks you how you feel and explain to you every medicine what you're taking and how you're taking and just unbelievable friendly. And that's what's most important to patients and a doctor to get closer. And she will talk to me like I'm her friend, not like her patient. That's the closeness the doctor could go with the patient, not just come and that's the business one, two, three, you're finished. She really spends the time with you and listens to you and explains to you what you needed.

Dr. Z was the ONLY PCP in Bergen county who REALLY cared about me and my after care regarding my recent surgery. She saw me within 3 days. And She made sure I had scripts for a pain Dr. and also PT. She covered all the bases, and treated me kindly while she did it. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Very helpful information got from my doctor.

I don't feel comfortable with her. She's very cold and doesn't listen to my concerns about my health. I would like to switch the provider, but when I call to schedule the appointment, the receptionist is annoyed and tells me that you have to stay with your doctor, that's not your doctor. But I can't keep coming back there when I feel worse when I leave than I did before I came. I just feel very upset about her bedside manner, I guess. And I don't feel that I should feel like she's annoyed with me if I ask a question. Thank you.

Dr Zhukova was very thorough in her examination of me. She reviewed my current medications before prescribing medicine for my chest infection. I sent her a question to the patient portal and she answered quickly.

So far it hasn't worked so I may need a follow up
