I have been going to Dr. Zhukova for many years now. I think she is an outstanding doctor who I can trust with my medical issues.

Dr. Zhukova is very professional, very caring. She listens very well. I love her.

I don't feel comfortable with her. She's very cold and doesn't listen to my concerns about my health. I would like to switch the provider, but when I call to schedule the appointment, the receptionist is annoyed and tells me that you have to stay with your doctor, that's not your doctor. But I can't keep coming back there when I feel worse when I leave than I did before I came. I just feel very upset about her bedside manner, I guess. And I don't feel that I should feel like she's annoyed with me if I ask a question. Thank you.

Very interested in me and what I had to say

Dr Zhukova was very thorough in her examination of me. She reviewed my current medications before prescribing medicine for my chest infection. I sent her a question to the patient portal and she answered quickly.

So far it hasn't worked so I may need a follow up

My provider, she's very supportive. She's very knowledgeable with my illness and supports and she's very caring and very accommodating and knows about all my illnesses. And she's a very good MD.

The doctor rushed through my appointment. She was a bit rude to me at the start of my appointment because I was not wearing a special KN95 mask. However, nobody from the office informed me. I was only told to wear a mask , which I did. It was a regular surgical mask because I had Covid. I called the office a few days before and was only told to wear a mask and that it was fine to come in. This doctor is normally nice to me, so it was very off- putting.

Dr, ZHUKOVA is a wonderful physician. I appreciate her care and concern for my health issues and offers preventive ideas and care as needed.

I expressed some concerns I had related to my physical and mental health. I was told that someone would reach out to me via phone call and I have still not heard from anyone. I anticipate to be getting the phone call in the next few days. My visit seemed very textbook and I felt like I was just checking boxes.

Overall, I am really, I was pretty much really satisfied with the service. Really appreciate Dr. Zhukova with compassion for seeing me given my present condition with not having insurance. I really appreciate the low cost and her being able to see me, to secure me over all evaluation present state and not being able to be here in over a year with addressing my personal present condition and get the blood work and her personally giving me a call just to give me an update that was done immediately and to address any concerns. No need for follow up at this time. And getting the prescription refill for the next 90 days so that was covered, giving me enough time to look into getting new insurance. So, really appreciate her compassion in an immediate time of need. So, thank you so much.

For some reason when I walked in, the nurse or whoever helping me told me it said in my chart that I didn't speak English. And then she asked me about that and I said, no, that was a mistake. So then she switched it in my chart. So I don't know how that got in my chart, but it was corrected when they saw me and saw that I could speak English. So.

I just have to say this doctor is extremely good and she listens and she's very nice and polite and she knows what she's doing and I wish all the doctors like that spend the time with the patient and she listens to patients and she gives them a good advice and I will trust my life on her and anytime I will tell anybody who wants a new doctor and thank you for this and she really deserves the credit how good she is and how understandable she is.

My complaint with the dr is, while she was speaking, she was looking at the computer, with a double mask on....i could not understand anything she said, & had to ask her to repeat EVERYTHING. Was a tad annoying (& I'm sure she was annoyed, also!)

Dr. Zhukova is a wonderful doctor and does pay attention to all of my medical concerns. She offers her thoughts and takes the time to explain and refer to other physicians as needed.
