Very professional

I wanted to see Dr. Implicito, but I was unable to and had to take a PA instead. I prefer seeing the doctors.

The Dr. was very thorough and took his time explaining my options to deal with my problem

Dr. Bilbao-Lavieja is thorough and easy to understand. He has deep knowledge of spine and cervical issues and his style is comforting for patients like me.

Ivan Bilbao was extremely professional and helpful. And the same for the office staff.
