The delay (although not extreme) was due to the front desk person that checked me in but didn't tell the provider that I was there

testing went smoothly

Dr. Hollywood is one of the very few docs that know and use my history and experiences and values what I have to say. She gives good information and although time is a challenge for all docs, makes it work. I am grateful.

Dr. Hollywood is by far the best healthcare doctor I have surrounding me. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, smart, just love her.

The doctor is always aware of my backround and issues when we have an appointment. She is also open to questions and listens.

I requested two times by leaving messages to please request my blood work results from another specialist that I saw and to please call me back to confirm. When I came to my appointment, the bloodwork was never requested and I never received a call back.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Hollywood is professional and knowledgeable and very responsive to questions and answers and a good quality time with her patients, me in particular, me as a patient.

This appointment was for two tests. The facility and the rooms, doorways included were not wheelchair friendly. The spaces were small and narrow. The patient had to move from one space to the other which was very difficult.

I could write a book on what I dislike about Hackensack Hospital, and many people agree. However, Dr. Jacqueline Hollywood is beyond a 10. She is amazing. She is wonderful. Too bad I can't say that about Hackensack. That's it.
