Dr. Shim is wonderful.

I know doctors are pressed for time, so I was very appreciative that he was willing to hear me, have the patience to listen to me advocate for myself because of recent provider trauma I have suffered. However, he noted in my chart that I don't suffer from any back pain when he never asked me about my level of back pain, and I've actually had three spinal surgeries that he knows about, and I have back pain every day all the time to the point that it interferes with my activities. So I need to have those summary notes corrected. And I understand, and he has my empathy for like why it might have gotten overlooked, because I came to him with a ton of questions, and he went over so much else, and was absolutely caring and competent. But like, that was one thing that I noticed, and that I would have wished was more faithfully recorded in my chart. Otherwise, staff is great.

This facility is a great place. The staff and the doctors are friendly knowledgeable about patient care. Keep up the good works!

I've seen so many different PCP but Dr Shim has been honestly the best. He always takes the time to listen and explains everything thoroughly.
