The doctor is fantastic! His office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I have been having difficulty getting a prescription filled, & the situation still has not been resolved! My wife even had the receptionist make a copy of what I need, & CVS has yet to receive it! It has been almost a week now.

Dr.Mendelsohn is a concerned and Caring provider.

I felt Dr. Mendelsohn was very kind and listened. However, I felt that the office visit was very rushed and I didn't get to discuss everything I needed to discuss.

The provider sent prescriptions, my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. One prescription was sent back because it needed to be changed because my insurance wasn't covering that brand. On my next visit, I informed the doctor. It still wasn't changed, and he said that he sent several medication to the pharmacy for me, prescriptions, and I was not able to pick it up. There was some mix up, technical mix up at the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office. They said there was something wrong with the, the pharmacy said there was something wrong with the prescription that the doctor needed to be informed so he could fix it. I called the office twice, spoke to a nurse practitioner, She assured me.

Dr. JASON MENDELSOHN is pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. So blessed to have found him. The rest of the staff are warm and welcoming. Thanks for caring.

Dr. Mendelsohn speaks very rapidly and I have told him every time I get there that I am hearing impaired and that I cannot understand him and he needs to speak slowly, period. My records indicate that I'm hearing impaired and I wear two hearing aids yet at this last visit he snapped his fingers in front of me and asked me if I could hear them because I kept asking him to repeat himself. period. I had to remind him that I'm hearing impaired and wear hearing aids, period. When I asked him to speak slowly, he told me that he only has a certain amount of time to get through all of my health questions and therefore had to go through them rather rapidly, period. He prescribed medicine when I clearly told him that I did not need it and would not take it, comma, and yet he prescribed it anyway. He also

Dr.Mendelsohn is very professional and supportive. He always listens and provides feed back and is comprehensive.

The appointment was for a polio injection. So the doctor himself was not handling it. The assistant was. So the appointment was a little difficult for these questions.

I don't like going to drs offices because they always find something wrong with a person. My dr is the go to he will give it to you in the realist way possible.

Dr. Mendelsohn is a very knowledgeable man. He thoroughly checks you out when you go in there for whatever your issue is, and he goes beyond that. So I rate him a number 10.

I would say my visit was good with him, but what I didn't like is that some of my other doctors who I go to, like my hospital visits and whatever, he's not able to get the information from them. So that would be helpful if he could, you know, access, have access to those information, it would be better for him and for me also. Okay.

I was not happy that I was unable to get a refill for medication. I had sent 2 messages via My Chart and then called 2 or 3 times. I never received a refill for my medication and had to ask another physician to reorder it for me. I explained this to Dr Mendelsohn who told me when I call in I am speaking to an answering service and not the office directly. He said ask to be transferred to the office. Such trouble just to get a prescription refilled! I also don't understand why My chart doesn't work and notify the doctor that I need a refill when I submit it through MyChart.

Dr. Mendelsohn is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful doctor. I always enjoy my interactions with him. He really listens to me and provides really important feedback. I think that he's a really great doctor.

Dr MENDELSOHN is very efficient. I like that he responds by email about my blood readings etc. I'm also impressed that he corresponded with the cardiologist he recommended. When I called they knew about my issue already.

Office visit was rushed had visited Dr Mendelsohn..both times he said he was pressed for time..if he had limited time then maybe seeing too many patients.. I will not reccomend

Dr. Mendelsohn is one of the best primary care providers I have ever gone to. It's very hard to find a good one these days and he is phenomenal. I have already recommended four family members and two friends and the only thing I'm hesitant to recommend him for is because I don't want him to get too popular so I can't get an appointment, but I won't let that stop me.

The doctor is very good, Dr. Mendelsohn. The office, the structure, and the corporate nature of Hackensack Meridian Health is really, really bad. No callbacks when calling, in between appointments, long hold and wait times. It's awful.

Would like to be able to call the office of provider instead of giving info to someone else and then being transfered to someone else .
