Dr Vida and his staff are the best I've had.

Yes, I think Dr. Viter is very nice. He's very easy to talk to. He listens. He's helpful. I feel very comfortable dealing with him. My only concern is that it's difficult to get an appointment with him. We go every six months and usually we can't get in before seven months. But other than that, have no problems with him.

I have been Dr. Vida's patient for over 20 years. He knows my medical history inside and out. He is always patient with me, never rushes me out of his office and takes his time and makes sure I understand what he is saying. Dr. Vida is a kind and passionate doctor and is always professional.

Dr Vida is a great doctor! The only problem is that he always gets stuck at the hospital before my appointment and I have to wait for him.

Dr Vida is an excellent doctor. He also has other resident doctors come to view his practice so that he can aid them in furthering their careers.

Dr Vida has been my doctor for many years. I feel cared for and safe in his care.

I was very happy with my position. My appointment was on time, very thorough, answered all of my questions, and even provided additional information.

I love this doctor. He is excellent. But the two and a half hour wait past my appointment time is ridiculous. They should not schedule the appointments so close together.

Dr Jay Vida takes a multi displinary approach to my care by utilizing several health care disciplines in the examination room all at the same time. This visit there was personnel from pharmacy and a medical student. I wish more of my physicians did the same.

I am always happy to go for my appointment with Dr. Vida. Nicolette always greets you with a smile and gets you checked in promptly. Dr. Vida always greets you with a smile when he walks in and ask how you are doing. He always goes over any test results , ask if you need any prescription renewals and if you are experiencing any problems. He always checks heart ears throat and anything that you have questions about. He has always been spot on with his diagnosis. He always get to the root of any problem you might be having. He is an Excellent,Absolutely Amazing doctor and person. He really care about his patients. I have complete faith in him and consider him not only a doctor but a loyal trustworthy FRIEND. Of course I think he is the BEST and glad that I have him.

You can find no better doctor and practice to go to for your medical needs. His expertise and experience along with his friendly staff is exactly what you look for when you need a doctors care. I'm so glad that they are in my network.

Was a great experience just like all my 6 month follow up's with Dr. Vida and his awesome staff.

Other than the wait time, everything went very well. I was informed to schedule my next appt. at 11am, to avoid a longer wait time - which I did.

Improvement would be when I am calling the office, the call goes to the office and not to Hackensack Meridian Health. Delays the process and is not personal. I've always called the office, always been able to get through to the office. Since you changed that, that's the only thing I do not like. That's all.

Office is always clean and organized. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

Dr. Vida showed every concern possible to my questions. He answered everything correctly, well not correctly, but you know what I needed to hear. And I think he's a very, very good doctor. He was Johnny on the spot with everything I, all my questions. And he answered them, you know, to the best of his ability. And I think he's a great doctor. He's very concerned about his patients and listens and understands and gives feedback to things that I need to know as well. And I'm very appreciative of all of that.
