Dr. Conforti was exceptional, he immediately set me at ease regarding his ability to effectively and esthetically treat my badly ingrown and painful toenail. During the procedure we chatted about our common experiences in Mahwah, NJ and this established an emotional comfort while he skillfully chilled, anesthetized, cut and dressed the offending toenail. Once the numbing agents wore off, the overnight pain was significant, and prescription meds would have been helpful.

Dr. Conforti is the best.

I rated this provider as a "9" because this was my first visit. I will return because I liked him and then hopefully provide you with an updated rating which should be a "10".

I've been a patient of Dr Conforti since 2016. It's just shame that he left Valley for Hackensack since Hackensack administrative/business personel are more than difficult to work with. His previous office was also nicer and parking was much easier there. I've completely given up on the HMH portals - which are impossible. Hackensack won't even mail me bills - just sends me emails/texts to log in to my portal (which I can't). I've never received my hospital bills, so am unable to pay. They seem to ignore my requests to keep thing simple - as Valley does and which is why I only use HAckensack when I need Dr Conforti

I am very unhappy with the new office that Dr. Conforti has. He used to have a wonderful office in a beautiful building. Where you've put him is a piece of garbage. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. He's in a space that's too small for him. And his girls and the other girls in the office are all bunched together. You guys are just trying to make money and you're not trying to service the people correctly.

Yes, my experience with the doctor as always was perfect, but I must say that your new facility does not even come close to the old one. It's just not close. What else can I say? It's an ugly building. It's an ugly location. It's hard to park and all things equal. I wish he never moved.
