Jennifer was nothing short of fantastic. Prior to my appointment, I had been struggling with feeling hopeless and frightened by the consequences of having had a gravely serious health crisis, and I was seeking some comfort through understanding. Jennifer took the time to thoughtfully consider my questions, and she suggested plain-spoken common sense explanations that were of tremendous relief. I left our appointment with a very clear understanding of what had happened, and a strong sense of encouragement that I was being well cared for and I felt that my voice had been "heard." Jennifer is a commendable human being, not only for her expansive understanding and ability to render it digestible to the layperson, but for her sincere empathetic concern for me, her patient. Going forward, I feel as though my success will be owed, in some part, to the fact that Jennifer is intelligent, proficient, thorough and, most importantly, sincere, genuine and professional. I would like to suggest that she be formally recognized and commended by your organization.
