APPRECIATE UNDERSTANDING OF NON MEDICAL ISSUES THAT COULD CONTRIBUTE TO SOME MALADIES

My visit with the nurse practitioner was fabulous 1 st time meeting her very attentive , answered my question, very informative . However the office staff leaves much to be desired I checked in on line thinking this is the way they operate , after sitting in the office for 1/2 hour hearing the staff enjoying conversation with themselves I walked up to the window only to find out that ur to check in in person not in line no paperwork telling u that and no sign in sheet after a half hour I got paperwork to fill as I was a new patient they walked out into waiting room A few time and never approached me to ask y I was there very unprofessional staff

The whole staff is wonderful too. I saw many smiles as I checked in. So polite and helpful. I feel I am in the right place to get help. I always leave feeling uplifted in spirit too.

Nurse Practitioner Joan Jones is a fabulous provider. I have no concerns with her. I recommend her to others all the time. She is professional. She is caring. She is knowledgeable. And she makes the visit easy, even though it's not always easy. And I do appreciate her work. Thank you very much.

The provider is wonderful but the office staff is horrible. Have had issues with 2 office staff members on many occasions and so have my family members and friends and people we know in the area. I have tried to call and address the issues with meridian health and nothing was done. The staff is rude and has told me on more than one occasion it doesn't matter to her what the doctor says. This would be the only reason I do not recommend us using Meridian health or this office extremely disappointed with the office staff and as much as I like the doctors there and have been going for years myself, my family, and our friends will be looking for other doctors that are not affiliated with Hackensack Meridian if this continues

Hi, I'm a paralegal and I had a person, was supposed to sign electronic documents to, to belong to Hackensack Meridian and one of them was saying that I consent to have any provider from Hackensack Meridian and anyone else treat me and that's not, that's an adhesion contract, a one-sided contract. It did not give me any space to refute anything that I disagreed with. I don't mind having anyone who covers my insurance treat me, but I do not want anyone from Hackensack Meridian who is not covered by my insurance to treat me. And so I didn't answer the question because your, your electronic documents that you sent me didn't give wiggle room for a person to say yes or no and a contract is an agreement between two persons, either an entity and an individual or a person and an individual. But it's not one.

As usual, I am unable to enter "My Chart." Getting tired of this.
