Parking at the site is a disaster. I ended up scratching my car on a pole to get into the last spot available which was tiny. Valet parking had a six car wait and I would have been late for my appointment if I chose that route. You need to do something about parking. The valet is clearly understaffed, and there were not any spaces anywhere else.

Dr Shammash is "just steady as she goes". He has a way of clarifying and resolving my concerns and explaining things in a way that allows me cope with my doubts.

He was very informative and kind,the way it should be,always!
