Dr. Boak took the time we needed to address my questions and concerns. I appreciate that he explains what he is doing as he does it. He is a very talented and empathetic medical professional.

Dr Boak is a caring,knowledgeable physician. He explains the exam as he proceeds,making you feel at ease. He carefully goes over all aspects of your Healthcare. He explains the need for any testing and makes sure you have needed prescriptions before you leave. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.

Dr. Boak is a very good doctor. I've had him for over 20 years. The time wait, you don't get exactly what you need. If you're scheduled for 2 o'clock, you don't get a 2 o'clock appointment. You get 2:15, 2:20 if there's a couple of people there. You know, it's like it doesn't matter. Why would they make you give you an appointment for 2 o'clock if you can't go in at 2 o'clock? You know, I could see 2:15, but when it goes on to like a half hour, it's annoying. Other than that, Dr. Boak's a great doctor, so thank you.

Dr. Boak is the first doctor in 35 years of an under active thyroid to ask me, after seeing my normal TSH, "but how do you feel?" Multiple caregivers and NO ONE has ever asked. Which is significant because my symptoms preceed an abnormal result by about 6 months. I SO appreciate his care and thoroughness.

I talk he listens he discusses. Nothing gets done repeatedly over multiple visits to discuss multiple same issues. No test are done. No test ordered no resolution to physical issues.

Dr. Boak has been one of the most thorough doctors I have ever had in my whole medical history. He has been excellent. I wouldn't change him for anything.

Wait time to see doctor after scheduled appointment time was almost 1.5 hours. Improve the scheduling algorithm (and make a little less profit). I am sure the doctor will make good use of slack time, should there be any.

Everything was smooth with the visit except for the lab appointment immediately after. It seemed they didn't actually enter me in the system or something so I was waiting for a long time before one of the front office folks noticed I had been there a while and that something was wrong. She then had the lab folks take me right away.

Dr. Boak is a fantastic physician. I've been his patient for many years and have been well cared for. Since the merger with Hackensack Meridian, the office staff is lacking. Communication is a constant struggle. Getting appointments, prescriptions and referrals are often a challenge. Most recently, I was instructed to make a 6 month follow up appointment. When I spoke with the front office, I was advised that Dr. Boak's schedule was full and she needed to speak to a supervisor. I was told I would receive a follow up call by the end of the day. It's now 3 days later and I've yet to receive a call. The constant challenges with the office staff is forcing me to consider another healthcare provider.

Someone canceled my original time for my appointment therefore I had to wait a half hour to see the Dr.

Was suppose to make a appointment in six months for my yearly check up. Could get one for six months got one for 8 months.

I need a 6 month follow up for my annual visit and have to wait 8 months for an appointment.

It was difficult to get a follow-up appointment because this doctor is so fully booked. A see-you-in 6-month visit will take 9 months.
