Dr. Boak is a very good doctor. I've had him for over 20 years. The time wait, you don't get exactly what you need. If you're scheduled for 2 o'clock, you don't get a 2 o'clock appointment. You get 2:15, 2:20 if there's a couple of people there. You know, it's like it doesn't matter. Why would they make you give you an appointment for 2 o'clock if you can't go in at 2 o'clock? You know, I could see 2:15, but when it goes on to like a half hour, it's annoying. Other than that, Dr. Boak's a great doctor, so thank you.

Dr. Boak is the first doctor in 35 years of an under active thyroid to ask me, after seeing my normal TSH, "but how do you feel?" Multiple caregivers and NO ONE has ever asked.
