I believe that the 2nd person in the room was possible a observing med student. She was introduced to me but I was not asked whether I was okay with having another person attending my medical check up. It was just assumed that she was part of the meeting. I would prefer being asked if I would mind having a med student present. She in no way made me feel uncomfortable and she only watched and did not participate in any way.

Dr was easy to talk to and made you feel relaxed. listened carefully to what was troubling you, helped a lot in suggestions to follow, a very pleasant personality he is our primary doctor and respected by our family.

Dr Heaton is approachable, kind, knowledgeable and caring.

I just want to say that he was very nice, very personable, young, seemed to know just what he was talking about, and it was a pleasure. Thank you.

I didn't feel that my needs were not heard. I came in for pain in my neck and back. He performed an exam that showed positive for a torn rotator cuff but did not order an x ray or mri to confirm. I requested blood work and a follow up to go over the bloodwork but was denied the labs. He said he was leaving the practice soon and wouldn't be able to go over the labs with me anyway.

The doctor informed me that as of July he will no longer be my doctor and that I will need to find a new one. If one could be recommended, I appreciate it.
