My visit was great , doctor was amazing with our kids ,I just wish they have told me they needed a few information or paperwork when I called so I didn't have to deal with the situation of being unprepared,I was more upset that the receptionist,she really didn't mind not having while information have me deal with the billing and Insurance department ,I was told bring ID and insurance. Need to schedule another visit which I was told I can do on the phone . I think little more organized and clarity would be great

The experience at the doctor's office was very great. The waiting time was very - waiting in the waiting room was very quick. I did not wait long. When I entered the room, the nurse that helped my son was very nice. And what I liked about that was that she was communicating with my son and asking him questions. Because he's the patient and he's the one who's important. And I love that about the nurse and the doctor that they spoke to him as if he is important because he is. He's the patient, so I really appreciate that. And the staff was great. And I would recommend it to a family member or a friend or whoever will ask me what are the best doctors in town and I would recommend.

The staff in the front desk could be more friendly and not discuss how it's like Saturday night live working there and discussing their personal life. It's very unprofessional. Otherwise it's always a pleasure having Dr Fruchter as my son's doctor

The nurses and the doctors in this office are upmost professional and on top of things. The staff that answers the phone initially when you call the office is not the best as far as somebody getting back to you.

The wait time is too much. It's more than 30 min, in waiting area plus the examine room. Needs to be considered to make it less. Front desk receptionist talks too much and makes patient wait.

The doctor and the facility, the nurses in the facility are very helpful and they take the time to listen to you and make sure they acknowledge your presence in the office, which is what is needed when you're going to the doctor's office.

Dr. Fruchter was wonderful to my son. I am VERY happy with the treatment plan and his bedside manner with my son. Highly reccommend.

We left a message for our doctor to call us back and we never got a call back as the front desk didn't notify the doctor of our call. During this visit, the front desk was very unfriendly, and I felt like I was bothering them. I was very disappointed of this experience as this was very irregular.

Excellent doctors, highly recommend it to anyone. Excellent service, excellent receptionists, excellent caregivers. I can't say anything enough about how excellent they are.
