I like to be a patient of Dr. Herrel, he provided all health information I needed and treated me with respect. The staff are also very friendly and good.

The e-check in service needs to be made clear that after you do the online work, you still need to 'check in' at the window. I almost lost my appt because I didn't know I needed to that. But Dr. Herrel is the best. He takes the time to listen and explains everything well. He's very kind and was understanding of my situation.

I love the nurse she always so nice and understanding of my feelings. She says hi even when she's not the one taking care of me. I usually love going there. But this one time the waiting was so long by the time I saw the doctor I didn't know what to say. I was recovering from pneumonia and it was hart to sit there and wait. I waited about 30 minutes just inside the room. I waited over 30 minutes inside after the nurse did her routine. Thank you

This was my first visit there but I will say I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire team. I felt welcomed. The office was clean and spacious which I like. I love that you have an in house phlebotomist. That's very helpful. It was a great experience.

Great, caring doctor! Dr Herrel is a good listener & collaborator. He responds to concerns & is willing to reasonably incorporate his patient's input/suggestions with his own. My husband & grown children, as well as myself have been his patients for 5+ years.
