The e-check in service needs to be made clear that after you do the online work, you still need to 'check in' at the window. I almost lost my appt because I didn't know I needed to that. But Dr. Herrel is the best. He takes the time to listen and explains everything well. He's very kind and was understanding of my situation.

Dr. Herrel is an astute doctor. Talking to him feels like I'm talking to a friend at a bar..he knows how to make his patient feel at ease..

I love the nurse she always so nice and understanding of my feelings. She says hi even when she's not the one taking care of me. I usually love going there. But this one time the waiting was so long by the time I saw the doctor I didn't know what to say. I was recovering from pneumonia and it was hart to sit there and wait. I waited about 30 minutes just inside the room. I waited over 30 minutes inside after the nurse did her routine. Thank you

This was my first visit there but I will say I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire team. I felt welcomed. The office was clean and spacious which I like. I love that you have an in house phlebotomist. That's very helpful. It was a great experience.

Great, caring doctor! Dr Herrel is a good listener & collaborator. He responds to concerns & is willing to reasonably incorporate his patient's input/suggestions with his own. My husband & grown children, as well as myself have been his patients for 5+ years.

After the staff took my weight, BP, pulse ox readings and ran through my entire history, I was then seen by the doctor who chatted with me briefly, listened to me breath and listened to my heart. He then ordered bloodwork and that was it. My former primary used to run an EKG, looked in my ears, eyes, mouth, checked my thyroid (because I have a known diagnosis of Hashimoto's) and would then palpatate my abdomen. I received a more thorough exam at my gynecologist than I did here.

Doctor Herrel is fantastic. He understands modern medicine which is important.

Dr brought up about using colorguard and I said I was NOT interested in it. A colonostophy would be fine. Almost immediately after I left the office I get emails from colorguard. Then another one saying the kit is out for delivery!!! I said I did NOT want colorguard!! We even agreed in the office that the colonostophy is much better and I was provided a name of someone who does them I do NOT understand why I was signed up for Colorguard!!

I think they did a really good job, you know, trying to collect all the information and get everything ready before the visit. And you know, there wasn't much back and forth conversationally, but more tests had to be done, whatever. And I think they listened and did the best they could under an odd circumstance or given other factors. And I think, you know, they did a good job.

Staff is very kind and considerate.

Dr. Herrel and staff are great. From the time you walk in, the receptionist to medical assistant, to PA in training to the doc are always courteous, pleasant, helpful and respectful. My family moved out of the area but continue to come to the practice because of how well they maintain their practice!
