The e-check in service needs to be made clear that after you do the online work, you still need to 'check in' at the window. I almost lost my appt because I didn't know I needed to that. I love the nurse she always so nice and understanding of my feelings. She says hi even when she's not the one taking care of me. I usually love going there. But this one time the waiting was so long by the time I saw the doctor I didn't know what to say. I was recovering from pneumonia and it was hart to sit there and wait. I waited about 30 minutes just inside the room. I waited over 30 minutes inside after the nurse did her routine. Thank you
