Yes, Dr. Nigam is very nice and very kind. She asks the questions and we can understand and she replies our questions about the health, about the other things like colon stone, sugar, this type of thing. She is a nice lady.

Hard to get in touch with the doctor about prescription I need only the doctor can do

The blood test person was not good. He had a lot of pain in the arm. The prescription could be more provisional. They're kind of beating around the bush. Apart from these two, the doctor is great. Anything else is good, I guess.

I admire Dr. Jyoti Nigam. She helped me with my question thourghly. She is a wonderfullDoctor. Dr. Jyoti has lot of patience,listens carefully,and speaks softly. Yes, I waited, my appointment was 3.45 and I didn't get to see the doctor until 4.45.

Disappointed no lab tests

Good experience. Only complaint is once I was brought to exam room, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the doctor to walk in to me.

BAD front desk. I was fasting for my 12pm appointment so that my blood work could be done. I spoke to the front desk a day before and explained that I will be fasting for my visit but they didn't bother to tell me that the location doesn't offer bloodwork any more. The provider told me that I was the 4th person experiencing this. The front desk has a don't care attitude. I am seriously considering changing my primary because of them.

It will be helpful if they give the annual physical appointments a little bit earlier than the closing time , so the patient and doctor need not rush.
