The blood test person was not good. He had a lot of pain in the arm. The prescription could be more provisional. They're kind of beating around the bush. Apart from these two, the doctor is great. Anything else is good, I guess.

I admire Dr. Jyoti Nigam. She helped me with my question thourghly. She is a wonderfullDoctor. Dr. Jyoti has lot of patience,listens carefully,and speaks softly. I have changed her to my family Doctor. I would highly recommend to my friends& family. To me Dr. Jyoti Nigam is a perfact primary Doctor one can have.

Office staff seems confused about insurance, copays, & scheduling. It has been this way for years.

Dr. Nigam is knowledgeable and passionate in caring for her patients.

Every visit that I've had with my primary Dr. Nigam have always been professional and concern about my care.

Yes, I waited, my appointment was 3.45 and I didn't get to see the doctor until 4.45.

Disappointed no lab tests

Good experience. Only complaint is once I was brought to exam room, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the doctor to walk in to me.

BAD front desk. I was fasting for my 12pm appointment so that my blood work could be done. I spoke to the front desk a day before and explained that I will be fasting for my visit but they didn't bother to tell me that the location doesn't offer bloodwork any more. The provider told me that I was the 4th person experiencing this. The front desk has a don't care attitude. I am seriously considering changing my primary because of them.

It will be helpful if they give the annual physical appointments a little bit earlier than the closing time , so the patient and doctor need not rush.

Every time you go to this office, you always get stuck waiting at least an hour.

They got me mixed up with another patient and was asking me how this was my thyroid. I don't have thyroid problems. They asked me how the gel was that they gave me for arthritis. I never got a gel for arthritis. And they had my birth date right. And it was not the doctor. It was not Dr. Nigam. She was fabulous, wonderful, excellent. I would recommend her. But the staff that took care of me, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And that's all I have to say.
