Yes, my initial appointment was made over six months ago. I made it. I didn't get any phone calls. I called Hackensack and they said you don't have an appointment. I don't know how that happened. So I made another appointment in two weeks. And nobody called me before that appointment to remind me of my appointment. So I think they need better follow-up with the patients in making sure that they have appointments when they do, because twice now they didn't do it at all.
