Dr. Fung is very in tune with his patients and very nice, and he gets you in and out in a timely manner.

Seeing Dr Fung is always a pleasure. Waited longer than usual this visit but received good care.

Dr. Kent fung is a great doctor. My only complaint is that my appointment was supposed to be at 8 a.m. and I was informed when I got there a few minutes before 8 that he doesn't come in on Saturdays until 8:30 a.m. So that should have been made known to me when I made the appointment, but other than that, everything was great.

Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no information given as to why there was a delay or if there was a delay. Also, the nurse that took me into the room wasn't very cordial or friendly. That's it.

I have recommended several of my friends to this office, explaining the drs. Are wonderful.

I have been a patient of Dr Fung for many years now and I have always been happy with the service provided.

At no fault of doctor,I had difficulties connecting with the video - tell people to log on 15 min early to fill out paperwork on the line. Being sick and trying to fill out paperwork, knowing the doctor is waiting was very stressful. I waited for the exact time to log in and then the system would not connect me to the doctor until I completed all those forms. Again this was not a reflection of Dr fung. He is a great dr.

The doctor was absolutely wonderful. He spent time with us. He was friendly. He was kind. He was patient. Can't say enough good things about him. The office staff was very good, very nice. It was a little longer than we thought to get waited on, but it was okay because we did fill out a lot of papers. And once we finished them, we got called in pretty quickly. So the experience was great. We came home. We even posted on Facebook how much we liked him.

Friendly office

This office is very professional. The receptionists and nurses are great. And Dr. Fung is very professional, but very down to earth also. Very short wait, and I've always been comfortable there. Thank you.

Dr. Fung is kind, caring and compassionate. His sense of humor is refreshing in a physician, yet it doesn't detract from his being serious about talking to me about my health.

Dr fung is the best i don't know what I would do with out him

I think the best thing that can happen is you have a lab on site to draw blood. It is very difficult to make appointments at LabCorp, and the wait time was just about two hours as a walk-in. I do believe you having a lab there would benefit your patients, myself included. Dr. Kent Fung was amazing.

Appointments are made through a call center and not the office. I needed an appointment within a week or two of my blood work but they said that the only one available was 2 months out. The next day I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks through MyChrt.

Dr. Fung is wonderful but trying to get a message to him is extremely difficult with the manner that HMH has his office phone service arranged. HMH needs to address this problem and listen to the people working at this facility. That is the reason I gave only a 9 for recommendation. There is no reason to have so much difficulty relaying a message to the doctor.

The wait time on my last visit was about a half hour, but I have no complaints. It was a particularly crowded day at the office, and I understand this happens from time to time. Been going to this office for years, and I've always been happy with the experience from the entire staff there

Dr. Fung is a professional, kind and caring GP. I have a number of medical issues and is always on top of my health even though I also see specialists as well. He cares and treats me as a whole individual. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Proactive and through.

Dr. Fung has soon heart felt concern for my personal health issues, he is very thoughtful, interested in me personally and always most friendly and professional. When I leave the office I feel he has my best interest at heart...

Dr Fung has empathy for my concerns.He listens carefully to my concerns and is extremely knowledgeable on his diagnosis and how we handle the issues properly. He also asks me of any other concerns and how to handle them in the future.He advises me on how to stay healthy in the future as preventative measures .Dr Fungs guidance is more than valuable. The office staff is more than willing to help with any questions or appointments I need to make in the future.

Dr Fung has always been very thorough & professional each time I've visited with him. His examination confirmed the health issue I came for & he prescribed the medication needed. I am very confident with Dr Fung as my physician.
