My experience with Dr Gioia and his staff from start to finish has been excellent! He is a very caring Dr. , a good listener and easy to talk to . He knew exactly how to treat my prolapse and additional surgery needed. I am very grateful for his skill and care and would highly recommend him to others .

Very easy to understand and explain in depth

I couldn't ask for better attention or care.

Dr was very attentive to my concerns and also very accommodating as I wanted him to wear sterilized gloves for my pelvic exam and he did.

My only point of negativity is I was given an MRI script and told to move forward with scheduling it myself with no guidance or pre-certification by anyone in the office, period. That proved to be an issue. And I was also not alerted when my MRI with contrast was switched to, without contrast, sorry, was switched to with contrast and without by the insurance company, but no one in the office called me to tell me the script had changed. So that would be my only comment. Everything else was an excellent experience. Thank you.

Good doc but both times I waited almost an hour in exam room for doc to come in.

I was impressed with the office and staff as soon as I arrived. I was nervous meeting a new Doctor, but as soon as I met him, I felt comfortable talking to him.

All I can say is that one encounter is hardly a basis to make some of the judgements you ask for. For instance, I was told several times that I would have more opportunity for questions down the line. Which I expect is true. I guess I'm suggesting that you re-think the questions that you ask in relation to a first visit. I liked the provider. He was good. No complaints.
