The physical exam was done per schedule thoroghly.

The doctor was very friendly and attentive. She answered all of my questions and was able to see me quickly, due to my concerns.

Dr. Farooq is the nicest person and physician I have been treated by. She is always warm and friendly. She always asks how I am doing, personally and medically. I have referred several of my friends to her and they love her as much as I do. She's one of the best! The staff in the office is just as warm and friendly as she is.

Dr. Farooq is exceptional. He listens, explains clearly, and truly cares about his patients. Outstanding doctor - highly recommended.

Simply the best doctor!

We absolutely loved our experience there, both myself and my mother. Tried to practice out. I think the only downside is that it is very difficult to get a hold of the office itself. You have to go through the help line and there's kind of a little bit of back and forth in that regard.

My problem is with getting into my messages. I have to change my pass word every time making it very frustrating. And asking for me to enter a special number after every other frustration is rediculous. Do one or the other

My Doctor is awesome and makes it a seamless visit

I was only scheduled with this provider because the other two providers had nothing available for months. This appointment was also scheduled 20 days after my ER visit which apparently was the soonest available , the provider was not prepared for the reason of my visit, which was to follow up with my provider after a hospital visit. This provider tried pushing medication on me that I clearly stated that I was put on a year prior and it did not work. This provider assumed my pains were from the pic and again I need to point out to her that this has been an ongoing issue for the last few years. This provider was not taking my concerns seriously as patient's We are told to listen to our body and as doctors and providers, they are supposed to listen and take us seriously. She clearly had no idea why I was scheduled (but front desk did as they were taking my copay) I was not told by the physician when I needed to follow up, I let her know that I am still in pain and endoscopy was scheduled over a month out still and all she told me was to be careful what I eat until my appointment, she did not attempt to get me in sooner. I am disappointed, disgusted and upset that my health is in the care of doctors who are not taking their job seriously. This was a waste of my time, money and an appointment that could have gone to another patient. Truly an embarrassment... Do better!

Dr. Farooq is an excellent provider. She listened to and addressed all my concerns. I did not feel rushed and she did a thorough exam and took her time explaining everything to me.

The only thing that I would improve is to have more slots for physicals because for me to have to wait four weeks for a physical is ridiculous. Other than that, she was fabulous. She was great. She listened, answered my questions, my husband's questions. Everything was great with appointment. The only thing is trying to make an appointment with any kind of doctor, not just you, any kind of doctor is ridiculous that you have to wait two to three months in advance. That's ridiculous. It needs to be better. Need to have either more appointments or more slots or open later or something. But that's ridiculous to have to wait three months for an appointment. That's about it.

My doctor is a very good health care provider. This is my third year coming to her office and she always is aware of what is going on with my health. She is on top of fixing my iron deficiency. She explains everything in a wonderful manner. Her bedside manners are incredible. She is very kind and very professional. And I don't hesitate to send her messages, asking her questions, and she always replies to me right away. She is great.

My next to the last response was incorrect. I meant to put a 10 instead of a one. Dr. Farooq is a great doctor. She listens to my concerns and always has time for me. So please correct that to a 10.

Top notch Doctor, and one that is hard to find. I would recommend Dr. FAROOQ to anyone. You would be lucky to have her on your list of excellent doctors..

Doctor and staff very friendly and courteous

This is the best doctor I have been to. I stopped going to doctors for years as I was sick of not being listened to. I set up this appointment to check myself out and I was amazed. She listened to everything. Did not feel rushed. She explained everything to me. I felt like I was finally being seen. I wish all doctors were like this!!

Dr. Farooq is the best primary care provider that I have ever had. She is warm, professional, and extremely caring. She treats me as not only a patient, but as a human. She listens when I have things to discuss, and she offers advice or treatment based on our discussion. She is thorough and makes it a point to listen. The receptionist at the window was very courteous and definitely very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Farooq. Asked me many questions, we discussed all of them and she did not rush to go to another patient.

This is the first visit. It was not a well visit, but we had just seen this provider for the first time. It wasn't a comprehensive, so we didn't interact with her in all aspects of treatment and care, but she certainly listened, was kind, was attentive, seemed very knowledgeable, and was willing to answer any questions we had and pretty much respond in a clear and concise and easy to understand way. She was a very lovely woman.
