Very pleased with Dr. Kimberly Cai office visit and very knowledgeable, showing great interest in my well being and health.

Dr. Kimberly Cai is a great doctor. She listens to my concerns. She manages my blood pressure really well. And, you know, she listens to my questions and my concerns. And she's a true professional. So I have no complaints. And, you know, she's been excellent with me.

In addition to having a positive experience with my physician, the nurse that administered my EKG and bloodwork was wonderful! I don't know her name but she was very kind.

Please, when you give the test results, you should give them in person and explain the patient's problems.

Dr Cai always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and has reasonable, common sense suggestions to take care of any issues. She has helped me select specialists for any additional tests/neads that I have and asks for my opinion of said specialist and any additional feedback I might have. She has a very good "bedside manner" and I would highly recommend her.

Dr Cai was thorough and informative. She was also very pleasant.

The provider Dr Cai is always excellent. The front desk is always the problem. 1. They forget to check you in allowing you to sit and sit. 2. The swipe machine never works to allow for copay to be paid on the day of the visit. Therefore, you always received a bill this is very unnecessary and troubling. 3. The front desk needs some customer service training and update payment equipment. This is so unfair to clients. Please make sure this complaint gets to the correct staff management Supervisor. The front desk is not working as it should.

I believe a urine analysis should be performed as standard with a yearly checkup. Why isn't it done? I also believe that extensive blood work is needed to be performed as we age.

Everyone was wonderful from check in to check out! The nurse technician who took my intake made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that my blood pressure was the best I ever had, she was so sweet and encouraging, she made my day! Dr Cai is so pleasant, friendly and always compassionate! She asks all the important questions and listens to all my concerns. It's always a pleasure coming for my health care visits.

Dr. K Cai is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to all my health concerns & offers practical solutions to address them. Her strongest attributes are compassion & a strong sense of following up on my progress at each visit. I'm a very lucky patient because she's a winner.

Getting in contact with the doctor after the visit was a little bit difficult and I think the phone service that is used to schedule the appointments also maybe is not as educated or knowledgeable. When I called in to make the wellness appointment, I asked if we needed to fast. I'm just curious because the appointment was going to be at one in the afternoon and the person that I was making the appointment with said no, no need to fast, that blood work would be done at a later time. So that could be something maybe that's corrected in the future for anyone calling in to make a wellness appointment. That's it. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable

Dr. Cai is exceptional. It took me a while to research who I wanted to have as my primary as I was transferring from a NY based practice. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Cai. She is pleasant. I didn't feel rushed. She asked me if I had anything to share with her, anything bothering me. She wants to get to know you. I appreciate that. Kudos to HMH for having her part of its team.

I like it because after the appointment, she calls to check how the patient is feeling with the treatment or looks for other solutions.
