Dr. Kimberly Cai is a great doctor. She listens to my concerns. She manages my blood pressure really well. And, you know, she listens to my questions and my concerns. And she's a true professional. So I have no complaints. And, you know, she's been excellent with me.

In addition to having a positive experience with my physician, the nurse that administered my EKG and bloodwork was wonderful! I don't know her name but she was very kind.

Please, when you give the test results, you should give them in person and explain the patient's problems.

Dr Cai always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and has reasonable, common sense suggestions to take care of any issues. She has helped me select specialists for any additional tests/neads that I have and asks for my opinion of said specialist and any additional feedback I might have. She has a very good "bedside manner" and I would highly recommend her.

Dr Cai was thorough and informative. She was also very pleasant.

The provider Dr Cai is always excellent. The front desk is always the problem. 1. They forget to check you in allowing you to sit and sit. 2. The swipe machine never works to allow for copay to be paid on the day of the visit. Therefore, you always received a bill this is very unnecessary and troubling. 3. The front desk needs some customer service training and update payment equipment. This is so unfair to clients. Please make sure this complaint gets to the correct staff management Supervisor. The front desk is not working as it should.

I believe a urine analysis should be performed as standard with a yearly checkup. Why isn't it done? I also believe that extensive blood work is needed to be performed as we age.
