I highly recommend Dr. Kristen Aland. She was a kind, considerate, professional doctor who took the time with me to ask questions and get questions answered.

Dr. Lore is an excellent doctor. She kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. Thank you and highly recommended.

The facility is beautiful

I have been going to the same gynecology practice for 40 years. My mother used them. They delivered me. I was so scared when I couldn't go to them anymore because of my insurance and I guess it all happens for a reason because my doctor was so fantastic that the second I got out of the office. I texted a friend that they recommend her

Dr. Aland is amazing. I had a very complicated postpartum issue. She followed me throughout the entire process and this was our follow-up and I feel safe and protected and I'm finally in a healthy place because of her support. The only thing I wish we could do is schedule the follow-up in a year from now. I'm going to have to like remember to call and do all of that and as a busy mom, it's helpful if I could just make those appointments ahead of time. But overall, Dr. Aland is phenomenal.

I love seeing Dr. Aland. She is on time. The wait is never long. Her staff is wonderful. The facility is clean. It's a great experience. I'm happy to go to her office.

Pop smear was very painful, it hasn't improved since last year.

The entire staff were friendly and caring.

The only minor issue was that I sent a message on the portal and did not receive a response prior to arriving at the appointment so there was some slight confusion that was quickly resolved. (Someone from the office was supposed to be in contact with me before I arrived and had not done so.) It all worked out fine in the end!

Dr Aland was excellent! Knowledgeable and professional, office staff pleasant and very efficient. I am an NP and was proud and impressed!

I had a surgical procedure and there were no aftercare instructions. I had to ask several times different people and there was no checkout desk. I had to keep trying to figure out where to check out and I had to keep waiting and I had just finished with the procedure and was uncomfortable and felt like I needed to sit. I just feel like there was not enough of an explanation with the aftercare instructions. I'm not sure why they don't have a printout. No explanation for pain medication or anything like that.

Dr. ALAND is excellent. She's always been very attentive and knowledgeable. And the staff is always very good as well.

The registration and waiting process is very smooth and everyone seems very friendly.
