The entire staff were friendly and caring.

The only minor issue was that I sent a message on the portal and did not receive a response prior to arriving at the appointment so there was some slight confusion that was quickly resolved. (Someone from the office was supposed to be in contact with me before I arrived and had not done so.) It all worked out fine in the end!

I had a surgical procedure and there were no aftercare instructions. I had to ask several times different people and there was no checkout desk. I had to keep trying to figure out where to check out and I had to keep waiting and I had just finished with the procedure and was uncomfortable and felt like I needed to sit. I just feel like there was not enough of an explanation with the aftercare instructions. I'm not sure why they don't have a printout. No explanation for pain medication or anything like that.

Dr. ALAND is excellent. She's always been very attentive and knowledgeable. And the staff is always very good as well.

The registration and waiting process is very smooth and everyone seems very friendly.
