You need to improve with your appointments. I understand it was sent out to a third party and they do not know what they're doing, the third party. They didn't even know that Kristy had a schedule. The third party needs to be taken out and all the appointments need to be made from the office.

Parking garage is horrible. The stairwells are filthy dirty. the lighting is very poor in the overall garage. It's been like this for years and nothing ever changes and charging eight dollars to park in this garage in this poor condition is outrageous.

It was a wonderful experience. I like the new office. Very quick, very professional, very courteous, very polite, wonderful staff. It's a pleasure really continuing to be a patient from this group of doctors.

The parking is atrocious. Was late for my appt. After spending 30 minutes trying to park. Feel sorry for visitors that have to deal with that on a daily basis!
