Lauren E. Tennyson, MD

Lauren Tennyson, M.D., is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Tennyson has expertise in treating a wide range of urogynecologic conditions with special focus on the medical and surgical management of urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain disorders.

Dr. Tennyson graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society at Albany Medical College. She has presented at national meetings and published articles and book chapters on a variety of urology and urogynecology topics. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Urological Association, Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine and Urogenital Reconstruction, and the American Urogynecologic Society.
