What I would like to say about my experience at this doctor visit. I was a little late because this was my first time being in the building and I didn't know where I was going. I called and told the person who answered the phone that I was lost and wandering around because I didn't no where the office was. Even though I was more then 20 minutes late. I really appreciated that I was seen away. I thought that was special. Most doctor office would not see the individual. In which, I understand that they have a schedule that they have to keep. It made me feel like she really care about her patients. So, yes, I would surely, tell others about my experience here. I'm not promoting being late, but Doctor Parkes seems to have a caring heart about her patients.

Dr Parkes continues to go above and beyond. Kind compassionate and caring and knowledgeable about my particular health issues. The entire staff do their best to make every appointment as smooth as possible. My only complaint is the phone system. Not being able to call the office directly seems ridiculous from a patient's perspective. Having to go thru a "call center" and have them relay message to office is not good.
