Ms. Mancuso is such an exceptional provider. Even though I was not especially anxious or concerned in advance of my high-risk breast appointment (I have had one before at another institution), I was overwhelmed with relief and comfort upon meeting with her. She explained all my options clearly and thoroughly and cared about my responses. She is smart, comforting, proactive, communicates clearly. . . all the things you would want from this type of provider. I was prepared to advocate for myself and push for what I thought was best, but it became clear that was not necessary because she has the patient's best interest at heart. It is clear this office operates at a very high, state of the art standard of care. I feel so lucky to be in her care.

She was on time did not rush my questions exam and I was thrilled with the appointment and her.

Lauren was great and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her time, and my appointment went very well. The only thing is when I received a message to come 30 minutes before my appointment, my appointment was at 8 a.m., so I got there at 7.30 as directed, and nobody was at the office. The doors were locked, and nobody came in until around 7, I was able to get in at 7.55. I did see staff go into the side doors. Nobody acknowledged me that I was there waiting by the front door. And it wasn't until somebody actually opened the front door that I was acknowledged. And I just don't think that it's right to ask somebody to come 30 minutes before when the office isn't even open.

Lauren is very pleasant to deal with and explain things thoroughly about future appointments and what I feel comfortable with.

Telling me to arrive thirty minutes before my appointment which would be 7:30 am for my 8am appointment. so I arrived at 7:30 an had to wait in hallway for office to be open at 7:47 am , once open I was seated in waiting room and called in to exam room by 8:05 which was an excellent time , all good if not for the early arrival time

She is good, not recommended me to do the extra exam if don't needed. I told her that I feeling the pain at my breast, but, I don't have the sign of any change in my nipple. So, she examined on my breast, and said I don't need go to needle biopsy, or IV exam. I liked her because she is the one not want you do the extra exam for nothing result as she can see me in the front. Thanks Doctor Lauren !

It was a waste of time. The doctor had all my results from the biopsy and other than giving me a breast exam which I just had about 6 weeks ago she felt I didn't need to have anything done at this time. So if she knew the results and nothing had to be done I should not have had to come in.

My only issue was having to wait 30 minutes in the exam room before being seen by Lauren Mancuso.

I (26F) saw Lauren yesterday for a breast concern that I've been dealing with since 2023/2024. Despite having an ultrasound and MRI in late 2024, my symptoms persisted-and even "worsened"-so I returned to the practice. This was my first time seeing Lauren, and I truly wish every practitioner was like her. From the moment she walked into the room, her energy was warm, calm, and welcoming-but also refreshingly outgoing. She made me feel completely at ease. I never once felt uncomfortable, whether during the examination or when I asked questions that may have seemed repetitive. Lauren never rushed me. She took her time and made it clear that her goal was for me to leave feeling reassured, informed, and heard. She is an exceptional provider, and I'm incredibly grateful to have seen her.
