I am very confident with Dr. Laurie Jacobs.

I called because I suspected I had pneumonia and I wanted somebody to listen to my lungs and I wasn't allowed to come in for a visit. How is anybody supposed to listen to my lungs on a virtual call? I was very disappointed about that. I did eventually go for your chest x-ray and that helped the situation.

Dr Jacobs listened and explained answers to all my concerns. Spent at least 1/2 hour with me. Exactly what we need in our medical doctors.

Dr. Jacobs is a great physician, and I am glad I found her here. The only problem I have is scheduling a 10 am appointment with her (I am not an early riser) - hard to get, so instead of coming back in 3 months, I will have to wait for 5 months. The office staff is pretty good as well.

This is way too long. I almost hung up twice. Thank you.
