Lesley P Philip, MD
Lesley Philip, M.D., is a board-certified Pulmonologist and Intensivist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. He sees patients at our new practice location in Clifton, NJ, and serves as a critical care physician at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Philip is committed to a patient-centric approach driven by compassion, empathy, and open lines of communication. He believes in building a strong partnership with his patients, empowering them with a deeper understanding of their health conditions and enabling them to become active advocates for their own care.
Throughout his training, Dr. Philip was recognized for his leadership and commitment to education. He served as both Associate Chief Resident for the Internal Medicine program and Associate Chief Fellow for the Pulmonary and Critical Care program. His dedication was further honored with multiple Resident of the Year awards and the prestigious Fellow Educator of the Year award.
An active member of the academic community, Dr. Philip is passionate about medical education and regularly teaches medical students, residents, and fellows. He participates in departmental research, contributes to didactics, and has presented complex cases at national conferences.
