My experience was very pleasant and very helpful.

Lillian is the best! For years she has gotten me over a cough that lasted over a year and now, because she tried different meds for my shortness of breath, my shortness of breath seems to be gone! She spends a good deal of time with her patients, doesn't rush and does everything she can to get her patients well!

Dr. Lillian Katz is fabulous. However, when I got there, the girl told me to wait a minute and she would check me in. Well, she forgot to check me in. I sat there for 45 minutes before I was even checked in. So everybody that came after me for other appointments got to see the doctor. So I waited quite a while. So I'd say it's the receptionist, not the doctor. They need a little improvement. Thank you.

I hope she doesn't change. She's a great person, a great doctor, and she should stay the way she is. Most doctors give up on patients after a while.
