Receptionist needs more training with the job skills and dealing with people. Office is small and tired looking, not impressed. You can hear what everyone is saying, joking around and laughing. Doctor was very good, will return. Blood tech was very kind and helpful.

There is often confusion in the office. Paperwork missing, people not told you're waiting for a blood test, information about test results not given.

Dr. DeSilva has a pleasant demeanor, reviews most recent tests and explains their importance and suggests future activities. Her exams are thorough and one feels in competent, good hands.

My whole experience went very well. From scheduling to the actual appointment. I was surprised by the level of care I recieved during my visit as well as the ease to make future appointments. Dr. DeSilva was a delight and showed great concern for my health and well being.

They did everything perfect, answered all our questions, helped us with any questions that we needed help with. They were awesome, the best. Thank you.

Have needed to contact the office multiple times on several occasions to obtain a refill for an RX.

My feedback is that the doctor is, my visits with the doctor are very helpful. She is knowledgeable of her subject matter and is very easy and nice to speak with. My only concern and complaint is that there is a consistent lag and slowness in the office. If the appointment is at 3, I don't get to see the doctor until 4.30. There's generally at least a one-hour wait time. To me, that is very disrespectful of the patient's time, especially if we are expected to be in the office at the appointment time. At the minimum, we should be told that there is a delay. So consistently, I have had to wait at least one hour to see the doctor, if not longer. That is my only concern and complaint about the doctor.

Dr. DeSilva is thorough and patient, explaining things well. She is a good listener and shows concern for the patient.

I'd like to particularly speak out and say thanks to the staff at the office who went out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable, shall we say. Thank you.

Scheduled me quickly for a sick visit. Thorough exam and answered all of my questions. Very good experience and I felt well-cared for.

This doctor questioned all of the diagnosis that I was given prior to my visit many, many years ago and told me that all my problems would be solved if I just talked to God. I will never return and I don't know how this doctor has a license.
