Margaret and the entire staff are wonderful

When I checked notes on MyChart. Impacted ear was noted but not mentioned to me at visit. If something is found it should be told to patient with suggestions. Otherwise appointment was a 10

Margie was the best, the doctor I've seen there. She was patient with me. She didn't rush anything. She was very thorough. She gave me a really good physical. She was tremendous and I will highly recommend her to anybody I know. I'm going back to her and I hopefully I will always continue to use her. She's awesome.

Yeah, there's a major problem. Margaret is not my provider. My insurance denied to her and she still came in and see me. I was supposed to see a male and I'm very, very mind boggled by that because she's not, my insurance doesn't accept her. I'm praying you guys aren't sending me a bill because she was not supposed to see me. I was supposed to see somebody else. My questions did not get answered right. I was not treated right and I did not like that. That was not fair. What's going on is not okay.

So glad I went for a primary care person . Margaret Cocuzza was great .I felt so comfortable with her. Everyone in office was pleasant. Already told people how pleased I was.
