Not to wait in the waiting room no longer than your appointment is due. NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES OR 10 MINUTES after your appointment is. If something comes up to delay your appointment, a while you wait outside in the waiting room you should be informed.

My doctor, Dieppa, is an excellent doctor. My only complaint is that the wait time in the office is too many patients with the same appointment time. Sometimes there's eight or nine of us with the same appointment hour and everybody can't be seen. So sometimes you have to wait an hour, two hours before you get seen. That's my only complaint.

I've been going to Dr. Flores for 25 years. She has my complete trust. She is always attentive and informative and has always given me good advice.

Dr. Flores has been my PCP for years. Her attention to the patient's personal needs and concerns is exceptional. She gives me and others all the individual time needed to address all issues and answer any questions. Her personal-centered approach makes each visit special. I couldn't find a better physician for my needs. As an RN with a doctorate in medical humanities, Dr. Flores is an outstanding example for person-centered care.

She is an excellent doctor. She spent 35 minutes with me in the office explaining everything to me. She is excellent. I would recommend her 100% to anybody.

Dr. Flores has been my Doctor for years and years. The best Dr. ever, to the point that I travel every six months by car from Texas to see her. Four days ride, therefore that tells you in what level of score I keep her. Very high but very high score. Thanks.

I really like Dr. Flores, and she's a really good doctor. The only thing that you have to work on is the time we have to wait, because my appointment was 11 o'clock, and they take me by 2 o'clock, and then I came out by 3, so I waited four hours in the office. Thank you.

Dr. Maria Flores is an excellent doctor. I've known her for almost 40 years. She's an excellent doctor. From what I know, many patients have survived many illnesses, and she's saved many lives. But my staff is excellent. I don't complain. I have no reason to complain about her or her employees. They're excellent in every way. Otherwise, I have no other bad suggestions about her, none at all. On the contrary. She's a good doctor, she's a counselor, she's very helpful, including my friend and many other patients I've met and heard very good things about her. I don't know, some patients don't like her, but that's because she's very strict. I like very strict doctors.

Improve the waiting time for patients. You have to wait too long. I was there for 5 hours practically, since 12. It was 5:15 and I was still there.

The doctor is great, but the wait time is more than 3 or 4 hours... It's incredible, people are fasting at 12 or 1 pm and still can't see anyone. You have to be prepared to wait more than 4 hours to be seen.

I feel satisfied with the pensions. I think the treatment I received was excellent.
