Dr. Wassef took the time to answer all my questions, yes I had a lot. She answered every question meticulously and with great care and knowledge. She was kind courteous and friendly.

I just wish the appt wasn't so long. Possibly, the dr arrived late due to ahospital visit etc but I was not informed as to why there was such a delay.

Yes, I waited over an hour in the examination room for the doctor to come. And I was in a wheelchair and very uncomfortable and I should not have over an hour in an examination room.

Oh yes, I visited Dr. Wassef a week ago and my experience with her was very pleasant. She was very informative and she discussed my health condition completely and understandably where I can understand and offered me ideas and tips on how to reduce my cholesterol. The only thing I can say about in general with all doctors that I visit, not just here and others, it takes so long to see them. Sometimes you just can't wait two months to see a doctor. That's my only issue about the system in general. It's all over, it's not just Meriden Health and all that, but I just would like a more reasonable timeline to see any provider.

I am a heart patient. I am honored to describe Dr. Mariam Wassef as one of the most competent and skilled doctors in caring for her patients and taking care of them.

My provider, Dr. Wassef, and probably other doctors in the clinic schedule appointments every 15 minute blocks. I've observed it, I've seen it over and over again. But when I get in the examining room with the doctor, if I spend five or 10 minutes, it's a lot. I would like my full 15 minutes so that I can ask questions and also get clarifications over recommendations that the doctor gives to me. I don't seem to have enough time. She walks out of the room before I finish talking with her. She doesn't do it on purpose, but I could see that she's pressed to see other patients.

I had a very positive professional experience that I really appreciated because I had previously went to a medical place where it was not a good experience. So the kindness and the care that your staff and doctors showed, I really appreciated it and I definitely will be back. Thank you.

The wait was way to long, almost a hour

After waiting 35 minutes in the exam room for the Dr.she spent maybe 5 minutes with me . Why did I waist my time?

Dr Wassef is an excellent practitioner. She performed my cardiac ablation and came highly recommended by my cardiologist. She surpassed my expectations not only during surgery but with follow up care in her office. She is kind, and understanding and establishes an excellent rapport with her patients. Her professionalism and skill is at the highest level and I would recommend her without reservation. It was bittersweet having Dr Wassef release me from her care.
