Mark L Kayton, MD

Mark L. Kayton, M.D. is a pediatric general surgeon based in Neptune, New Jersey affiliated with Jersey Shore University Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health. He received his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and has been in practice for more than 20 years. 

Dr. Kayton says that while no parent wants to think about their child experiencing a medical emergency, if it happens, you want to know they're receiving the best possible care. And for that, there’s nowhere better equipped than a hospital.

“The beauty of a children's hospital is that if your child's case takes an unexpected turn, we pivot and bring the appropriate resources to bear,” Dr. Kayton says.
