Martha Smith is an outstanding doctor who takes care of her patients in a very professional way and we were very fortunate to find her. She's our primary physician for both myself and my wife.

They were very friendly and took a lot of time to explain different options and scenarios and made sure I was comfortable with everything.

Dr. Martha Smith is a wonderful listener. She's very in-depth. And she is just a great listener. She gives you all the information you need, answers any questions. And no wait in seeing her. And her appointments are very, very available to you. That's all. And her service is great. Okay, thank you very much.

Dr Smith is now the primary physician for both my wife and myself. Pls don't let her contract expire.

The MA appeared very unhappy with her job. She even had to call me after the visit because she did not do a screening she was supposed to do. Doctor was great. First time meeting her but definitely would use her again if my pcp is not available

Waited over an hour from my appointment time to see the doctor. Totally unacceptable. Really did like the doctor and appreciated the time she spent with me. Location is convenient but was very busy and over crowded by the Hasidic population in Jackson. Will look for another location due to parking, small children running in the location and blocked corridors due to Hasidic events. Even food location was impossible to get served as blocked by multiple families.
