Mary Brighton, MS, RDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian and French-trained Culinary Nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience, including practicing her profession in the United Kingdom and France. In 2017, she returned to New Jersey where she currently focuses on the health and well-being of the whole person as an Integrative Nutritionist for Hackensack Meridian Integrative Health & Medicine. As part of her nutrition philosophy, she believes that how you eat is as important as what you eat. Mary guides patients of all ages and budgets through personalized nutrition. She aligns this provider/patient relationship with her training and cultural sensitivity to achieve and maintain optimal health using real food and mindful meals as therapeutic medicine.
