Dr INOUYE is a very professional and respectful doctor. I've been going to him for many years. Please do something about the parking situation! It is terrible!

Dr Inouye was very knowledgeable, examined me thoroughly, prescribed meds that are improving my condition, and advised me wisely!

The doctor was great but I had a hearing test with the audiologist right after, it was a little uncomfortable because she smelled really bad, like she needed a shower

It was a very good experience

The office staff was very pleasant from the smiling front desk staff to the medical assistant that took my history. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming i was very comfortable in this office. The doctor explained everything in great detail and I felt very confident in his knowledge regarding my current issue. I would highly recommend this office. Very special people!!

He has trouble listening. He'll listen just enough to make a diagnoses before performing an actual evaluation and then rushes you out. When I spoke up and described the rest of my symptoms, naturally it was all in my head. Nothing he can do. The nurse was more capable, helpful & listened. At least the doctor performing the hearing test was professional.

Yes, the doctor was very nice and listened to me. But the phone call, if I had any questions, nobody answered the phone. I had to try like half a day, even the office was open, nobody picked up the phone. So they need to address that. Thank you.

It's not the doctors, it's the place. It's just a difficult place to get to. Parking the car is a big problem and we give them the car and still it takes forever to get it back. It's just going to the place that's so difficult for me because I'm old and I'm handicapped. But as far as the doctor's concerned, they're fine.

Everyone at the hospital is very, very professional, and they are very, very nice people. Everyone that I came across, the nursing staff, the doctors, everyone. I definitely would recommend anyone to come to your hospital. It's definitely top-notch, and it's just an amazing place. I would recommend my whole family there.

The provider was excellent, his people were very helpful. The wait time was a little long, but that's somebody who services so well and cares about his patients so well. It's very acceptable. I really appreciate the visit. It's a good experience.

It's only an annual visit to get wax cleared out of my ears but it always goes smoothly.

I received excellent response from the entire staff during my visit with Dr. Inouye. I am so pleased that Dr. Inouye was recommended to me and I am now able to be under his care.

I have been a patient for years. He always answers all of my questions and concerns in a manner that I am able to understand. He takes the time to look at my history and advised me accordingly. He is very personable and patient.

Except for being seen later than the appointed time Dr. Inouye is excellent!

Dr. Inouye is an excellent doctor. It's just unfortunate that you generally have to wait at least one hour from the time of your appointment to see him.

The parking at Hackensack hospital is horrendous and is a factor in my looking for a different care provider in a better location.

Dr Inouye as always very compassionate. Ive stopped seeing him for a while because of insurance change, when i came back yesterday of another problem my thyroid , he was still very concerned about the care of my ear. This means a lot , i felt so secured and confident under his care as i always been eversince , i started seeing him 10 years ago. I strongly recommend Dr Inouye , aside from his expertise in his field , his compassion I truly appreciate. Furthermore the staff are polite and very helpful .

The doctor was more than 45 minutes late seeing me when I was on time, and he seemed a little bit disconnected with my situation. He just didn't seem like he was totally present.

Parking lot for hospital was a challenge

I waited an 1-hour & 1/2 for doctor. We were not informed of any delays. I felt rushed & not all of my concerns were addressed. Hopefully this does not happen again. Was not a good start.

He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. One of my problems I have is vertigo. He showed me how we could eliminate it and gave me an exercise to do daily. It was good to know that we could possibly get rid of it. again I think he was excellent.

I was made to believe that I was going in for a biopsy, not a consult before a biopsy. After confirming they had the paperwork/data that was needed, I was given a phone number to call and schedule a biopsy. When I called, I was told that I had to hand deliver a cd before I could even schedule the biopsy, even though the provider had said they had everything and the number was just to schedule the biopsy. If I had known, I would have brought it with me to my appointment, as I live about an hour away and work full time. It feels like there is no communication, and since the doctor made it seem like my nodule is somewhat of a big deal and should be removed on the sooner side, this feels like prolonging anxiety.

Dr. Inouye was excellent!!! He is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you can please only charge 5 dollars for the valet parking fee.

Staff is very friendly

Wonderful staff, didn't have to wait. Doctor was personable, which is very important to me! He had to scope through my nose and it's the first time that procedure wasn't excruciating for me. Answered questions thoroughly and I feel I could reach out if necessary anytime in the future.

Great Doctor awful wait time

Front office staff was very welcoming and caring.

This was the first time my husband and I had visited Dr. Inouye and we were very impressed with him. We would definitely go back again. We made appointments for the next time and we've already told family and friends, thank you for offering such a decent man who actually knows what he's talking about.

He is very knowledgeable/experienced , thorough and willing to spend time with patients to discuss all the available treatment options and the best available treatment plan for the patient.

Waited too long at the receptionist desk. She was the only one taking calls, dealing with patients in queue. However, she was polite and gracious.

I would like to know if I can schedule a visit for my mom who is like 70 plus.

The best thing you could do is access more parking space. I had to park two blocks away to get to the appointment. Other than that, everything was just beachy.

Doctor was transparent and explanation of the situation was easy to understand. He displayed excellent bedside manners and asked if we had any questions before the appointment concluded. Prescriptions were almost immediately sent to the pharmacy.

The front desk check-in was quick, but the people in the front were not personable, they did not smile, and for the most part, no eye contact. There's additional training in professionalism. Not disrespectful, just disengaged and no eye contact.

Dr INOUYE is marvelous, I have been seeing him for years

did not resolve my situation, sent me to do an audio and pressure on my ear and instead of checking to see why is the reason that I'm having the issue that I explained to him, instead he referred me to a oral surgeon or a neurologist which is not the point. I think he should have tried to help me even better. Just the fact that he just looked into my ear and said it was fine I don't think is the the best answer for myself.

Yes, we waited an hour and a half to see the provider.

I have been with Dr. Inouye for decades at this point and I drive an hour and 15 minutes to see him because I've moved away. That is how wonderful I think he is and I will continue to do so as long as I can. I cannot say enough about how much I like him and how much I have confidence in him.

Dr. Inouye took the time to look at my test result and explain what was needed and the pros and cons of each choice. He was very thoughtful and listened to my concerns and provide insight into what to expect. I really appreciate it.

I waited 1 hour to see the doctor. I had a feeling he didn't know I was waiting for him in the little room after nurse checked me in. It was a terrible experience as I rushed to get to the appointment on time and I live over a half hour away. This made my appt stressful.

Dr was very eager to listen to everything. I said about my health concern - ear infection - and the history of how I had been feeling with a sinus infection prior to the visit. He explained everything he was going to do in great detail, had concern for my condition and gave me a treatment plan that was highly effective giving me almost immediate relief from symptoms.

The parking was terrible and the parking lot is too confusing. Walked around for a long time before I could get to my car. Getting there was just as bad, trying to get into the garage.

Unfortunately, the receptionist who greeted us was more interested in playing with her Instagram than she was with actually assisting.

It was very difficult to get a hold of a live person directly related to Dr. Inouye. I always ended up going through an answering service and it ended up being a phone tag. Not to mention the appointment was difficult to schedule for the following year. Again, I had to go through the office and wait and hope that I received a call from the staff. It was a very difficult and somewhat antiquated system to set up. Otherwise, my visit with Dr. Inouye was very, very good.

Dr. Inouye is a highly skilled doctor-knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. I have been seeing him for many years for various problems and he always knows the correct treatment.

Dr. Inouye came across as extremely knowledgeable. However, he seemed very impatient with me or annoyed. So that did not go down well. But I would see him again because he was very knowledgeable.

Extremely rude and inefficient staff. Took many calls to schedule an appointment and the staff did not respond to any messages left. When pressed, even refused to schedule an appointment. By far the worst staff I have ever encountered

Dr Inouye is fantastic! He definitely listens, comprehends, respects what you say, spends time.... and is compassionate and caring - Unlike many... actually MOST doctors. I have already, and will continue to highly recommended him. Btw: the first ENT I tried to see couldn't/wouldn't schedule until sometime in January - though I had been sick for 1 week already. Dr Inouye's office got me in asap, and after the medication he prescribed ... I was feeling better within 2 days!
