It's very difficult to make an appointment with a doctor. Nobody answers the phone and also when we were there during the last visit, we waited over an hour. The receptionist was not there and nobody took care of us. And nobody tried to find out, are you waiting? Nothing. This is not the first time. Last time was the same thing. The receptionist was not there and was not really helpful. Basically, it's hard to make an appointment and the receptionist are not helpful. That's all. Thank you.

Dr INOUYE is a very professional and respectful doctor. I've been going to him for many years. Please do something about the parking situation! It is terrible!

I don't think you need any improvement. Dr. Inouye was absolutely perfect. He explained everything in detail, left out nothing. I was very, very happy and satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Inouye is incredibly warm and knowledgeable and gentle. He's an extraordinary listener and seems to quickly get to the heart of the issue. He has been my surgeon and continues to be my doctor, and I feel so grateful to have met him.

The doctor was great but I had a hearing test with the audiologist right after, it was a little uncomfortable because she smelled really bad, like she needed a shower

It was a very good experience

The office staff was very pleasant from the smiling front desk staff to the medical assistant that took my history. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming i was very comfortable in this office. The doctor explained everything in great detail and I felt very confident in his knowledge regarding my current issue. I would highly recommend this office. Very special people!!

He has trouble listening. He'll listen just enough to make a diagnoses before performing an actual evaluation and then rushes you out. When I spoke up and described the rest of my symptoms, naturally it was all in my head. Nothing he can do. The nurse was more capable, helpful & listened. At least the doctor performing the hearing test was professional.

Yes, the doctor was very nice and listened to me. But the phone call, if I had any questions, nobody answered the phone. I had to try like half a day, even the office was open, nobody picked up the phone. So they need to address that. Thank you.

It's not the doctors, it's the place. It's just a difficult place to get to. Parking the car is a big problem and we give them the car and still it takes forever to get it back. It's just going to the place that's so difficult for me because I'm old and I'm handicapped. But as far as the doctor's concerned, they're fine.

Everyone at the hospital is very, very professional, and they are very, very nice people. Everyone that I came across, the nursing staff, the doctors, everyone. I definitely would recommend anyone to come to your hospital. It's definitely top-notch, and it's just an amazing place. I would recommend my whole family there.

I visited the provider with 2 concerns and he addressed them both. I will be back for future appointments and would recommend to friends and family.

The provider was excellent, his people were very helpful. The wait time was a little long, but that's somebody who services so well and cares about his patients so well. It's very acceptable. I really appreciate the visit. It's a good experience.

It's only an annual visit to get wax cleared out of my ears but it always goes smoothly.

I received excellent response from the entire staff during my visit with Dr. Inouye. I am so pleased that Dr. Inouye was recommended to me and I am now able to be under his care.

I have been a patient for years. He always answers all of my questions and concerns in a manner that I am able to understand. He takes the time to look at my history and advised me accordingly. He is very personable and patient.

Except for being seen later than the appointed time Dr. Inouye is excellent!

Dr. Inouye is an excellent doctor. It's just unfortunate that you generally have to wait at least one hour from the time of your appointment to see him.

The parking at Hackensack hospital is horrendous and is a factor in my looking for a different care provider in a better location.

Dr Inouye as always very compassionate. Ive stopped seeing him for a while because of insurance change, when i came back yesterday of another problem my thyroid , he was still very concerned about the care of my ear. This means a lot , i felt so secured and confident under his care as i always been eversince , i started seeing him 10 years ago. I strongly recommend Dr Inouye , aside from his expertise in his field , his compassion I truly appreciate. Furthermore the staff are polite and very helpful .

The doctor was more than 45 minutes late seeing me when I was on time, and he seemed a little bit disconnected with my situation. He just didn't seem like he was totally present.

Parking lot for hospital was a challenge

I waited an 1-hour & 1/2 for doctor. We were not informed of any delays. I felt rushed & not all of my concerns were addressed. Hopefully this does not happen again. Was not a good start.

He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. One of my problems I have is vertigo. He showed me how we could eliminate it and gave me an exercise to do daily. It was good to know that we could possibly get rid of it. again I think he was excellent.

I felt like this was the first time since I had COVID that someone had understanding and empathy for long COVID.

The parking garage is horrendous and makes it impossible to schedule future appointments.

The staff was very welcoming and the doctor very compassionate. A 10 thru and thru.

I was made to believe that I was going in for a biopsy, not a consult before a biopsy. After confirming they had the paperwork/data that was needed, I was given a phone number to call and schedule a biopsy. When I called, I was told that I had to hand deliver a cd before I could even schedule the biopsy, even though the provider had said they had everything and the number was just to schedule the biopsy. If I had known, I would have brought it with me to my appointment, as I live about an hour away and work full time. It feels like there is no communication, and since the doctor made it seem like my nodule is somewhat of a big deal and should be removed on the sooner side, this feels like prolonging anxiety.

Dr. Inouye was excellent!!! He is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you can please only charge 5 dollars for the valet parking fee.

Staff is very friendly

Wonderful staff, didn't have to wait. Doctor was personable, which is very important to me! He had to scope through my nose and it's the first time that procedure wasn't excruciating for me. Answered questions thoroughly and I feel I could reach out if necessary anytime in the future.

I wish the wait time was not so long, but my appointments are usually at the end of the day, so I understand things get behind. Dr. Inouye is great, and I trust him.

Great Doctor awful wait time

Front office staff was very welcoming and caring.

This was the first time my husband and I had visited Dr. Inouye and we were very impressed with him. We would definitely go back again. We made appointments for the next time and we've already told family and friends, thank you for offering such a decent man who actually knows what he's talking about.

He is very knowledgeable/experienced , thorough and willing to spend time with patients to discuss all the available treatment options and the best available treatment plan for the patient.

Waited too long at the receptionist desk. She was the only one taking calls, dealing with patients in queue. However, she was polite and gracious.

I would like to know if I can schedule a visit for my mom who is like 70 plus.

The best thing you could do is access more parking space. I had to park two blocks away to get to the appointment. Other than that, everything was just beachy.

Doctor was transparent and explanation of the situation was easy to understand. He displayed excellent bedside manners and asked if we had any questions before the appointment concluded. Prescriptions were almost immediately sent to the pharmacy.

I very much like the doctor. He explains everything I need and I'm an old lady and I ask lots of questions and he's always very patient yet very professional. He looks right at me in my eyes and talks to me and I just think he's the best and so now I do recommend him to everybody I know, my family and my friends. So I couldn't have anybody better.
