Dr. Facas was very thorough, asked a lot of questions about my health, about my goals, about where I wanted to go with my health and as well what was bothering me. We have put our heads together and put a plan together on recovery. He was extremely thorough and to be honest with you, extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring. He sincerely came across as I was just not another patient. I was somebody that he cared about and wanted to help solve the issues that I was having. I don't really get that anymore from doctors. He was outstanding and is a tot above most.

Doctor and staff was professional , and took time to listen to medical concerns . Gave me a full physical and went thru my medical history including medicine . Have already recommended to my family , a visit !

Dr Facas was very attentive and thoroughly explained everything. I appreciated that he explained all about getting shingles especially at my age.

My experience at Dr. Facas' office was extremely positive. The receptionists were very personable, I had no wait and the nurse was great. Dr. Facas was right on time and our visit went very well. I was able to go across the hallway to get my blood work done and I had the results the next day. Dr Facas messaged me on the portal right away and promptly answered my question about results. I'm very happy with everything about my visit.

Dr Facas has the ability to make you feel very comfortable, even though you have a health problem. He is extremely thorough and explains your problems completely.

Dr Facas is a fantastic doctor who ensures he covers every base, asks you what you think, gives his advice and makes you feel comfortable with any decision made. Finding a good PCP is difficult these days but I am extremely grateful I found this practice and look forward to continuing my care with Dr Facas and this care team for a very long time

All of the staff I encountered - those checking me in or scheduling my next appointment, the nurse who took my vitals, the phlebotomist, and the doctor - were very pleasant, listened, and were professional. I would like to put a special spotlight on the phlebotomist (whose name I wish I could remember) who intuitively sensed my unease with syringes immediately and engaged in conversation to keep my mind off it. I have seen a number of doctors who I "forgot" to make followup appointments with because I didn't feel comfortable in their offices. Granted, "white coat syndrome" and my anxiety has played into this and I'm not afraid to admit it. However, I'm happy to continue making followups with Dr Facas!

The visit to the doctor's office was very efficient. Everything moved slowly. The whole staff was cooperative. The refilling of any medicines was as smooth as could be. And providing blood samples was very accommodating and fit my schedule well.

This was my first experience with Dr. Facas, he was caring courteous, kind, thorough and professional. He had prepared for my visit by reading through my online charts from other physicians, so was up to speed with regards to my condition and concerns. He mapped out a clear and concise direction that we are utilizing to address this latest health challenge of mine.

Dr Facas was well prepared for my visit. He had read the recent medical information in chart and provided sound medical advice. He's an excellent doctor.

I had a very long wait time after checking in with the office. Patients that arrived later than I were being called in before me. As I was about to go to the desk to inquire my phone rang. I answered, it was the girl in the office asking me if I was on my way in for my appointment. Boy was she surprised when I was sitting 10 feet in front of her. I love my doctor, but the office staff could be sharper.

The doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound, but apparently he's not registered with Medicare, so I could not make an appointment with Atlantic Medical Imaging. I've been on the phone with three different people from Hackensack Meridian. I've yet to have this matter cleared up. I need a doctor who is registered with Medicare to issue the script for an ultrasound to Atlantic Medical Imaging. It's taken all day today and no one has still called me back telling me that a doctor has signed the script for an ultrasound and that doctor has to be registered with Medicare.

Dr. Facas listened and observed my medical problem in detail. He did an excellent job of assisting me and giving me recommendations as to how to treat my problem.

Dr. Facas is a great primary care physician. He elicits information in a friendly manner and answers questions easily.

Dr Facas was able to read my involved medical history quickly understand my risk factors. Then he was able to prescribe a needed antibiotic for an ear infection. I appreciate that he saw me the day I called for the appointment.

I love the doctor. I love the doctor's office. I love all the ladies in the office. What I think is terrible is that you have an answering service to make appointments and to take care of bills. I just think having to make an appointment, we should be able to call the doctor's office and talk to the ladies directly in the office and not go through an answering service company to make our appointments. I can't stand it. I think it's so outdated. I think you should be able to call the office. I think they should have enough staff members in the office to take the appointment. The doctors there are phenomenal, the ladies there are phenomenal, and I think having this answering service book appointment is going to ruin your business.
