Dr. Melissa is always patient, kind, and considerate, and takes her time and listens to all of my concerns. And all the other staff are kind, considerate, and patient when handling my situation.

The office staff is always friendly and Melissa Thompson always takes an appropriate amount of time and is very thorough.

My experience at the office was pleasant and non stressful because I didn't feel like I was just another patient. The conversation was, of course, about my health but also about other phases of life. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.
