Dr. Dregen is very professional and very understanding

It turns out I'm trying to schedule a medical appointment for a procedure, and honestly, I've been waiting and waiting, and they're not answering. That's the only problem: when you call, they don't connect you to the right person to make the separation. The doctor told me I have to call to get the appointment because he already sent the information to the hospital so they could call me, but I see the hospital isn't calling me. I had to call them myself; they told me they'd call me back later, and still nothing. That's what I'm waiting for; that's the only issue. Thank you.

Dr Degen is a very carrying and understanding to your health needs. Has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable and confident in his course of action when dealing with your health care. I feel very comfortable and enjoy interacting with him. Dr Degen takes a genuine interest in his patients and allows himself to engage in conversations with you which makes your visit more relaxing. He has a great personality and I'm glad that I chose Dr Degen to be my health care provider.

I would like my visits with this faculty to remain virtual as long as there are no procedures to be performed. I find it a waste of time to drive there, fight the parking, get lost in the building, and wait. A virtual visit is appropriate and the best for me.

They cancelled my 1st appointment and after waiting 4 hours no one called to tell me. Communication needs to be better.i only found out when I.checked in.

This was my first visit with Dr. Degen. I found him to be very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, he listened to what I was saying and made me feel comfortable talking to him. I needed to set up a CT scan and everything that I needed was given to me then. My visit was very good.

The provider was excellent, and I would highly recommend him. However, the nursing staff was very callous about the delays, and not with me necessarily, but with some of the other customers who were complaining, and I think that is unfortunate. Thank you.

The doctor was really kind. He was thorough. He explained everything to me correctly, including the pros and cons of the matter we were discussing regarding my health. But to make sure I have no complaints, the doctor was excellent. Thank you very much.

The best thing is that he is always on time you never need to wait for long periods.

Dr. Degen is one of the best doctors up there. As far as I'm concerned, he's one of the best doctors up there. Very caring, explains everything so that you can understand it, spends time with you, listens carefully to your needs. So to me, Dr. Degen is the best. That's all I got to say. Bye.

Very professional

The main problem is the waiting time. In total, we had to wait an hour. Our appointment was at 2 p.m. and they called us at 3 p.m.

The doctor, the nurse, and the appointment person, all were terrific. Can't brag about them enough. But your system for reordering medication is one of the worst. It just seems to take so long that I have to keep calling my pharmacy, and my pharmacy has to keep calling your system. So outside of that, the only reason I really stay is because of Dr. Degen. But whoever's in charge of prescriptions does a terrible job.

I would like the doctor to call me!
