I've been seeing Dr. Raguso Failla for over 20 years, and he has always provided me with excellent care. He listens, and explains things in a clear way. He's very professional and personable. Although I waited approx. 30 minutes passed my appointment time to be seen, he immediately apologized when he entered the room. This helped calm me. One recommendation, there use to be music on in the waiting area. It would be nice bring it back, especially holiday music :-)

I called the practice around noon about a problem I was experiencing and got scheduled for the same afternoon. I walked in, in pain, nervous and a little scared. After seeing the Dr., I left, still in pain but not nervous or scared and had an order for a CT Scan and instructions for pain relief. I've scheduled the scan and look forward to a good resolution.

The visit was thorough and all my tests were reviewed with good explanations.

I've been with this doctor for ten years. I had major issues at my previous visit which he totally dismissed. What he simply called arthritis turned out to be profound carpal tunnel which required surgery. I need further surgery on my other hand which is worsening as well. I feel the doc saw me as an older woman blathering away rather than truly listening. I expressed this at my last visit and hope it resonated.

Dr Failla is a very caring and excellent dr. I get appts when I need them, and if I call to ask a question about something, usually the office gets back to me within 20 minutes and gives me an answer to they ask me to come in same day. I highly recommend him. He is the only dr I know that actually gets back to patients about concerns on the same day.

Perfectly comfortable with my interaction. I have had Fr, Raguso-Failla as my primary for almost 10 years. I had just tested positive for Covid and called to follow up with him. I called shortly after 9am and he made an appt. to see me at 10:45. We discussed my symptoms then examined me, and he ordered me prescriptions and gave me a protocol of vitamins take for the next 2 weeks. He explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions.

The office staff is very courteous and friendly and gives you the information that you need and makes appointments quickly for you. Dr. Failla is wonderful. He explains everything and checks everything and spends an extreme amount of, well, not an extreme amount, but really good time talking to you and finding out how you're feeling. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and or family. Thank you.

I did not think it was very professional to have someone call me at 8:15 am on the day of the appointment to tell me that my visit was limited to the one issue and I was not permitted to address any other concerns and they would not be covered. The Doctor was excellent but as I said previously the phone call was unprofessional.

Yes, I had called this morning in regard to my visit and something that I would have wanted to discuss with Dr. Failla . I received a call back, but in picking up, I was disconnected. I had thought they would call back and the message says, do not leave multiple messages because they would not get back to me until later. I have had no, sorry, have not heard back.
