Michael S Goldberg, MD

Michael Goldberg, M.D., is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a B.S. in Chemistry, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Medicine. Dr. Goldberg completed his medical residency at Boston University Medical Center-University Hospital and his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has also been an assistant professor at the University of Miami Medical Center for Liver Diseases. Dr. Goldberg did advanced biliary endoscopy research at Mater Miscordae Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Dr. Goldberg is certified in Gastroenterology. At Gastroenterology Consultants he is a liver specialist having written several publications regarding liver transplantation. He has been invited to lecture on this subject throughout the country including an annual presentation at UMDNJ on the disorders of the liver.
