The most important thing for me was to understand what was going on with my body. She explained it to me so I understand clearly. I am doing better than when I first came in.

I cannot say one negative thing. Even these two days scheduled appointment time has been exact or within a few minutes of waiting time. That is wonderful! Not, that you feel rushed at all. And, if I had to wait I'm fine with that too because I understand sometimes a patient has a bigger issue that needs to be addressed. I appreciate the doctor/nurse practitioner taking the time to carefully and patiently listen and advise.

I'm so grateful that this practice exists, and that it's close enough for me to get to pretty easily!

All the providers in this practice were wonderful women. Michelle was attentive, listened to my concerns, provided feedback, provided PT as a prescription, provided access. This was my first session with her, but I feel very comfortable knowing that she is just a phone call and an appointment away to give advice and help.

Michelle is very patient. She listened to me. She gave me some great advice. She was just very caring, understanding. She was a great human being besides offering all of her expertise. I felt like I was in great hands. I left there very confident in understanding the information that she provided to me. I feel like if I need her, she is easily accessible. I really felt much more confident than any other provider I had seen.

She was kind and listened to my concerns.

Michelle was easy to talk to and very informative. Did book another visit.

Provider seem to be attentive to me, however she did not look at the lab results of my UTI, and she seemed to over prescribe the use of Estrace from two times a week to every day, and she scheduled the next appointment to be one year from now. This last thing was like an indication that she does not want to see me again. Most doctors will schedule a three month or six month follow up. I had a follow up question after I left the appointment and the office clerk said she would relay the question to the provider and the provider would let me know tomorrow what the answer would be. Tomorrow came and went and there was no answer to the question. I want to point out that during the appointment, she was very patient. But I felt like I was being rushed.

First time patient with Michelle Iannello and definitely happy I saw her. She was knowledgeable with a great bedside manner, I was very at ease. She was patient, answered all my questions and explained things fully. Wonderful experience!

Why did I have to go to the office when i could of been done over the phone?

Good visit

We could have gone over some more of medication that I had gotten the last time, and we did not this time. Just one medication that I needed, but there were other things that I thought we could have gone into a little more for things that we could have, for medication that I hadn't gotten the last time.
