I was not pleased speaking to AI when I initially called what I thought was a direct phone line to Dr. Manair's office. I had a simple question and it took several holds and transfers to get connected to the scheduler that I originally spoke to in the office.

I love my Doctor, I saw him when he was in private pactice. I plan my visits ahead of time. But if I have an emergency I’m stuck with a Dr who doesn’t know me or my other issues. Which has caused problems in the past. Not to be funny but you need more Doctors so he doesn’t have o work so hard.

Dr Maniar is outstanding in every way and HMH is very fortunate to have him. He is irreplaceable.

What WASN'T pleasant is paying the correct amount quoted at checkout for the appointment as a self paying patient..ONLY to receive another bill later in the day for an additional payment that is more than what I paid at the clinic. And in total -double what I paid for last year for an annual physical.

Dr. Maniar is a consummate doctor. He listens to you, answers any questions and gives advice you can use. I am in the medical field and find him so knowledgeable. I trust him so much and rely on what he has to say. There aren't many doctors like him who put a patient first. Hackensack is so lucky to have him.
