He was very courteous. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He didn't try to over talk me. He walked through everything, what I needed, and I guess, you know, very informative. I would appreciate that. You know, he didn't handle me like just some random patient. He really explained to me, and I appreciate that. That's it.

I am totally satisfied with my doctor. The only complain that I have is Hackensack Billing dept. it seems like they often credit insurance's payment to the wrong account. Also it seems like the personnel from Hackensack Billing Dept do not contact insurance company directly. Sometime a simple call to insurance company will solve the issue but they choose to bother the patients instead.

Although, I don't know English very well, he explains it to me in a simple way, and what I don't understand, he tells me again. Thank you very much,

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Gibreal and his staff. They were very polite and accommodating. They listened to everything I said. They addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease. I did not feel rushed at all. I look forward to seeing him again in three months for my follow-up visit.

Very efficient, courteous, professional, top-notch.

The new phone system is frustrating. I have left messages about medication concerns for my mom and it sometimes takes a few days for the office to return my call. It would be better if there were a way to speak to someone instead of always having to leave the information. Also, it seemed that Walgreens did not receive the refill information from the office. My mom was without 2 medications for 6 days.
